We are great at providing HR services to support companies who need to have specialist support but don’t need a dedicated HR team at this stage of their growth.
We don’t want to sell you ‘off the shelf solutions’ that won’t fit what you need nor will we try to sell you complex ‘bespoke’ services either.
We are pragmatic and use common sense approaches tailored to you.
There are many regulations around employing people and we will guide you through those to make sure you are set up for success.
Examples of these are;

- Simplifying and shaping hr practices in line with legislation and your needs to keep the business compliant.
- Write or review contracts of employment or your freelancer agreements and highlight any potential hot spots.
- Create an employee guide which will help all to understand how the business works.

We will help you look after your people so that all feel included and recognised.

- To guide you through more complex people matters and to protect the business from potential claims or bad reputation.
- To deal with requests such as hybrid or remote working and how to be fair in administering these.
